She is passionate about empowering you with the knowledge and tools to break free from the cycle of symptom chasing and to reclaim your vitality with simple, sustainable habits. Alison is certified as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), a Restorative Wellness Practitioner (RWP), and a Trauma-informed Somatic Coach. Her holistic approach focuses on personalized nutrition, functional labs, nervous system regulation, and somatic practices.
