Breathwork & Sound Bath

Join Amy & Willie Taula to explore deeper levels of healing and balance through the simple tools of breath and sound. These ancient practices will teach you how to utilize the sacred breath to find release and create space. The body will then be carried into a journey of self discovery as it is bathed and immersed in sound vibrations that have the power to cleanse and heal.

No experience or props necessary but if you'd like to bring items that make you comfortable or a journal you're welcome to do so.
