Buti Movement, founded by celebrity trainer Bizzie Gold, is an Indian Marathi word which means a cure that is locked away or hidden. Buti Yoga contains cardio-intensive bursts of tribal dance, primal movement, and full body core conditioning. 

It may not be what you'd think of as a typical yoga practice, but it is a fun style of empowering movements, breath and stillness that is sure to unlock the best parts of you!
