About the event

During this workshop we learn how the elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether affect our emotional experiencing and how each can be incorporated into our everyday lives for balance. This education is an integration of ancient Ayurvedic and Mayan Shamanism philosophies curated to form a user-friendly approach and understanding for today’s society.

Together we will-Experience a ceremonial dose of ceremonial grade cacao sourced ethically and sustainably from Guatemala.-Become educated in elemental awareness within ourselves.-Use journal prompts to deepen our awareness of excesses and imbalances in our elemental make-up.-Participate in a communal element mandala art creation.-Close with a guided meditation centered around our emotional experiencing through the chakra system with cacao and the elements as companions during the meditation journey.

About Cynthia and Eka Earth

Eka meaning “One” in Sanskrit, Translates to One Earth.

Cynthia's mission through Eka Earth is to remind humanity of our inherent connection to Earth. Eka Earth experience's cultivate harmony and compassion within humans so that humanity may then extend that same compassion to the environment around them, cultivating a mutual path of healing and harmony for all of existence and future life to come.

Cynthia’s learnings and education are in ayurvedics, Mayan shamanism, mystical yoga and eastern meditation techniques. Combined with her training in trauma informed awareness, Cynthia’s offerings incorporate ancient healing techniques combined with evidence based nervous system research to create an environment that is palatable and realistic for todays human. She has been guiding and refining these practices for the past 10 years and aims to provide experiences that are relatable, functional, and healing for the modern day human.
