Element Mandala & Cacao Workshop

During this workshop we learn how the elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether affect our emotional experiencing and how each can be incorporated into our everyday lives for balance. This education is an integration of ancient Ayurvedic and Mayan Shamanism philosophies curated to form a user-friendly approach and understanding for today’s society.

Together we will-Experience a ceremonial dose of ceremonial grade cacao sourced ethically and sustainably from Guatemala.-Become educated in elemental awareness within ourselves.-Use journal prompts to deepen our awareness of excesses and imbalances in our elemental make-up.-Participate in a communal element mandala art creation.-Close with a guided meditation centered around our emotional experiencing through the chakra system with cacao and the elements as companions during the meditation journey.
