This nourishing practice blends gentle somatic movement to awaken body awareness with the healing vibrations of sound to clear stuck energy and restore the natural flow of prana—your life force. Breathe, release, and realign. Rest into the healing sounds and frequencies of crystal bowls, drums and other instruments that restore balance to the body, mind and spirit.
