Hot Yoga

In our hot yoga classes, we encourage a slow and steady pace helping you to deepen your experience and absorb all the movement nutrients and benefits from the heat lamps. The heat generally stays between 88-98 degrees although positioning yourself directly under a lamp will definitely intensify your heated yoga practice. Bring a towel and refillable water bottle and get ready for a delicious sweat - sure to leave you feeling renewed!
